After Syop mocked me that I had failed, I still have quest active in the UI

Added check to see if the Gambling Machine is active, opposed to if the Gambling Machine exploded, as it could have lead into situations, when the Gambling Machine did not spawn, to fail the quest.
While active, if leaving the level with enough money to gamble, buying from the shop, using heal capsule, upgrading equipment or rerolling gambit challenges will make you instantly fail the quest.
