Took the quest in first stage, after beating it (without an item lv4), I got in the next stage and he didn't reappear in LvA 1 or 2.

Fixed an issue with the quest tracking non equippable item making the quest fail.
Syop correctly gives the reward at Spawn 1 Level A of the next region.
